Selling pre-paid cards that can be used in any ATM accepting VISA,
maximum cashout per day is USD$2000, and they are sending them all over the world:

For 2 pre-paid plastic cards +pin with USD$5.000 each, you just pay USD$500

For 5 pre-paid plastic cards +pin with USD$5.000 each, you just pay USD$1000

For 20 pre-paid plastic cards +pin with USD$5.000 each, you just pay USD$2000
